3. User obligations

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Berrybrook Motors Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berrybrook Motors Ltd’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) to Berrybrook Motors Ltd for Website-related services in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such limitations are not permitted.

8. Indemnification
